Hello everyone, My name is Priti Nath Guru & today I’m going to talk about Banana Plan Generally its been told to avoid the banana if you are going through the weight reduction plan The reason behind is, that as compare to other fruits banana contains much calories But if we are following this as a diet plan then you we can have a good weight reduction with it I would suggest you 2 days banana plan with which you can reduce up to 2 kg weight Diabetic patients and people who have any other medical problem should avoid banana plan Rest anybody can follow this plan Banana is rich in Fibre and Dietary Fibre which are very good which gives satisfaction of filling So if you follow banana plan, you don’t feel hungry rather you feel filling And you can follow this plan very easily it improvise the digestion as well Apart from this banana contains Vitamin B, Magnesium & Potassium This is also known as Zero Cholesterol Food Hence BP patient’s can follow this plan as it helps in to maintain their BP Let’s understand how to follow banana plan In breakfast you can take 2 Banana with 1 Cup Skimmed or Double Tone Milk Further you can take 1 Cup tea, if you want you can take a Cup of tea in the morning as well In a day you can take 2 Cup Tea either in morning & afternoon or morning & evening as per your requirement In afternoon you can take 1 Cucumber along with 1 Banana In evening you can take a Cup of Tea & between 7:30 to 8 pm you can take 2 Banana, 1 Cucumber & 1 Cup Milk Here I’ve suggested you 6 Banana, 2 Cup Double Tone Milk & 2 Cucumber Follow this plan for 2 days Drink lot of water & as I said that banana contains Vitamins, Potassium & Magnesium It also contains calcium, also you are getting protein from the Milk So it doesn’t let you feel weak The speciality of banana is , it not only reduces your weight but also provides you energy It doesn’t let you feel dull rather it enhance your mood hence very happily you can follow this plan But follow this plan for 2 days only and after 2 days you have to be on the normal diet But to be back on the normal diet you don’t have to eat heavy meals, fried food Slowly include all the other fruits in your diet on the next day You can also include vegetables, soups and gradually within 1-2 days you can follow your normal diet It’s good if you follow this plan for 2 days With this Banana Diet Plan you’ll reduce up to 2 kg weight I hope after following this banana plan you’ll be able to reduce up to 2 kg weight Please do like and share my video also subscribe to my channel.
