    Also, I have a question for anyone who knows the answer… Can any of the bellies mentioned in this video be caused (or made worse) by a lactose intolerant person consuming too much dairy?

  5. Lost credibility for this video when they said skip breakfast. Intermittent fasten has been proven to regenerate cell production and help weight loss. Part of it is a 16 or 24 hour fast. Don't believe me google it or look at terry crews (the old spice guy) he's been doing it for years

  9. I have the love handles thing, tbh, and I tried dieting once, and wasn't happy with the results, and gave up. I don't really want to diet becuase I feel like it will go from "I will try to lose weight" to "How skinny can I get?" And I'm worried I would get anorexic or bullemic.

  13. Ah, yes, #1, so easy to fix … unless you're soy intolerant and you live in the US. My list of things I can buy at the store that do not contain soy? Easy, water, cabbage, lettuce, and bananas – that's about it. Out of 12 aisles, I can chose foods from the unflavored part of the water section and less than half of the produce section.

    It sounds easy on the surface, but trust me, it's anything but easy.

I have the lower belly my top part is OK I skip meals and I am hooked on nuts and eat them to replace lunch I eat 10 to 12 globe grapes after breakfast or with my breakfast almost every day it helps with metabolism and they taste good too. That bottom belly must go I am working get it flatter I will win I will win I 'll win the battle
