I was thinking of making some tomato rice, I have mushrooms, radish and cherry tomatoes My tomato rice is complete-! I’m going to eat my tomato rice with just some plain seaweed Hello guys, it’s Oh Gong Sam 🙂 How was your week? So lately, I’ve been a little stressed and cheated quite frequently with bread, fried chicken, pizza etc. I tried my best to return to my diet, but I ended up snacking on bread and snacks before I went to bed After taking care of some stuff, I realised that I ended up getting hungry and craved for snacks because I was so stressed I tried to keep reminding myself to not stray too far, and I found many people in the comment section that would go through the same, I don’t think this is a short-term diet, but it’s a diet where I’ve seen drastic differences from! So for anyone going through a similar phase, I encourage you to never give up and just return back to the diet! 🙂 Today, I’m going to start the day with some sweet potatoes and a potato It’s been four days since I’ve weighed myself..since my big cheat day Wishing the number would stop rising.. Height: 165cm and starting weight: 68.1kg You’re quite shocked aren’t you? Hehe… My face looks twice the size it did before So to explain..I’ve hit 55kg. And you must be wondering “what happened??” It started on Thursday, and something came up on the weekend, making me feel really down And to try to suppress that ‘incident’ I ate whole and natural foods but also started snacking on other things at night I just got really stressed out and so I just ate a lot of food I literally gained 3kg within the span of 3 days I had 5 subway sandwiches…as a snack. And so when I weighed myself today I was like “oh no..I’m doomed” I was really taken aback because I haven’t weighed 55kg in a while But at the same time I’ve gotten really curious I’m just so curious on how long it’s going to take to lose this weight again I don’t think this is a quick weight gain and quick weight loss, It’s been about 5 days of just gaining weight I didn’t film myself cheating so I don’t have any footage to show you guys…but I ate many things hehe You would be surprised on how much food I ate. It varied from Korean, Chinese, Western foods and many others My body shape is just a total mess right now So I’m planning to do my diet for about 4 days, and see how much weight I’m able to lose From today, I’m going to try my best to exercise and eat healthily I’ve talked quite a lot haven’t I? It’s just that I was so shocked at the number on the scale No, you guys would have been even more shocked! You would have noticed that I didn’t weigh myself at the start… And then suddenly when I weigh myself, the number is at 55.5kg It’s like when you hit jackpot or something..555 I’m going to start off with eating an apple and a pear The pear is really big, this is just one pear that I cut up and look how much food there is So I’m hoping I’ll get full from just this Oh, and I just decided to forget about the depressing ‘incident’ 🙂 You can’t make yourself feel better by eating, but I tried to, by eating a lot When you’re stressed, all you can think about is that stressful ‘thing’ But yesterday, while I was eating all of this food, I thought to myself, “is this something that can be solved by eating food?” And when I came to a quick realisation, I stopped eating I really don’t want to be lazy with exercising too If you start cheating and you start gaining weight Please do not be depressed, because we know the way to lose it again! So it’s all going to be okay 🙂 You and I both know how to lose weight, it’s just a matter of doing it again and not giving up But that is why today, I’m starting my day off with fruit Since I was eating so much bread, I just don’t want to think about bread anymore Like how much did I eat? To the point that I don’t want to eat bread anymore?! Let’s do this~ I know too well, that I can’t get rid of stress with food And it would be the same with everyone too! Your problem is not going to get any better by eating food, or even help me in any way. And we all know this! But I guess sometimes we just want to chew on something and seek the dopamine that eating provides..momentarily Let’s do this together guys 🙂 I’ve set this as day 1 to get back on track again, so let’s all improve ourselves, starting from right now Even if you’ve fallen over, it’s fine! Because we already know the way. So just stand up again and keep going I will personally test this, how much weight can I lose this week by alternating eating whole and natural foods and intermittent fasting I’ll try to write down every little detail, like how much exercise I do too 🙂 I’m just scared about my thighs touching again Apple~ I’m going to eat really clean today because I just ate so much yesterday..I’m not even that hungry right now *burps* (It’s the late night snack digesting) I’m going to not get swayed again Yes. This is a diet vlog ^^ Apple and pear cleared-! It’s 4:35pm and I didn’t really get hungry after the fruit I had earlier Since I wanted this diet to be maintainable, I tried to eat even if I wasn’t really hungry And now since I’m trying to eat whenever I’m actually hungry…I guess I’m eating less Even after 4pm I still wasn’t starving. It could be that I ate a lot yesterday though..but I thought I should should eat before it gets too late I’m going to eat 3 very ripe bananas I decided to stick to eating fruit on the first day I’m trying to return to eating clean again And the reason I’m eating bananas is that it’s really filling and it gives me a lot of energy I feel that I’m more energized while working out after eating bananas My body just loves clean food, and I guess it’s the same with everyone too It doesn’t make you feel sick at all I’m just wondering..if I never did this diet and did another diet, I think I would have given up after gaining weight from cheating Do you know what I mean? I would have just gotten so stressed from not being able to feel full But I love that I’m able to eat as much nice and healthy foods while I’m still able to stay in shape I’m going to try to clean out my body with fruit and start eating starch vegetables and brown rice from tomorrow 3 bananas cleared-! I’m going to eat strawberries and grapes This is my body after gaining 3kg My thighs are literally about to touch again You can see I’ve gained fat around my arms and my stomach My body is really not looking in good shape right now I can really see the difference in gaining 3kgs, especially around my stomach, thighs and arms I’ve just planned a workout routine for 3 days, and if I like it, I’m planning to continue doing it So for my morning workout, I’m able to choose which one I want to do (Ppiyak’s fit, Kang hana or 100 squats)..and the same for my evening workout (Running or the Model’s fit video) Thinking of exercising for 30 minutes in the morning, 1 hour at night I’m thinking of doing a workout where I’m able to sweat for about an hour and also stretching for another I saw good results with the Model’s fit workout routine so that’s going to be a permanent thing and I’m going to alternate with the other ones So now, I’m going to start my home workouts-! 1. 100 squats 2. SomiFit video I just did simple exercises because I was thinking of going for a run 3. Ppiyak’s Fit model fit exercises 4. Ending it with 2, 10 minute Kang Ha Na stretching videos I was going to go for a run but it’s starting to rain There wasn’t a crazy amount of rain, but the weather forecast said that it wouldn’t stop so I just went back home I literally went out to go running but it started raining I didn’t even realise that it was raining because I was wearing a hat but the ground was really wet So unfortunately, I think I’m going to end my day by just editing 54.6kg Morning exercises: Kang Ha Na stretching I literally changed into my workout clothes as soon as I woke up, so I’m kind of half asleep Trying to wake up my body with stretches Ppiyak’s fit ab workout Kang Ha Na’s squat stretches It was a short but difficult video, my legs were shaking by the end of it After working out in the morning, I’ve been waiting to eat because I got so hungry So, I’m going to eat persimmons, apples and pears Although whole grains are allowed, just whit rice isn’t! That is why I’m eating rice at the moment There were lots of people that wanted a set diet plan to follow But I’m just eating whenever I feel the need to eat and the amount depends on if I get full or not,You need to adjust your diet to yourself, so it fits your body not mine I think the good thing about this diet is that you’re able to be really flexible about what and how much you eat! Lots of people were also recommending me all these airfryer recipes, but unfortunately I don’t have a airfryer here! But I’ll make sure to try them at my parent’s house I also put the link of these pajamas in the description box because I got a lot of questions It’s 3:16pm and I’m going to have 3 sweet potatoes Hello everyone, it’s currently 5:32pm and for my last meal I’m going to be eating… 3 potatoes! I’m thinking of finishing up some work after eating these potatoes It was so hard getting up this morning, but as soon as I opened my eyes I exercised These are the potatoes that I bought at the market last time It’s not a really delicious potato but it’s a good potato to cook with I reckon The way it looks is kind of ugly and the texture after steaming it, is different These potatoes aren’t amazing but I love potatoes anyways so..I’m going to eat them After eating a lot of starch vegetables, and not eating it as much of it yesterday, I found myself getting quite hungry So today, I’m going to eat as much starch vegetables as I want I mentioned that I was going to publish like a diet diary, but I think some people misunderstood a little It’s not a diary where it’s formatted where it’s a whole year, but more of a challenge diary..like 30 or 50 days I think it’s best described as a diet diary for others that are also doing this diet with me too 🙂 So it’s a book, but there’s a little additional diary within it I might seem kinda weird for saying this… (???) After gaining weight and dieting again, I feel empowered Seeing the number on the scale go down, makes me feel happier and more proud of myself After just being stuck at a number It just feels good watching the number drastically go down It makes dieting more fun I’m eating my sweet potatoes with the skin on, but these aren’t in the best shape so I’m having to peel them I was hoping for morning to come quickly last night, because I was hungry And then when I opened my eyes, I realised I had to work out and so I was like “no..I wish it was still night time.” I’m at an average weight I guess, and I think going from average weight to skinnier is kinda more difficult I’m confident that I’m able to lose weight by doing this diet, but the problem is that I find it difficult when I have plans with friends But something good when you’re dieting is that you feel lighter and better in the morning Since I’m eating clean, it feels like my digestive system is able to take a break And I’m also able to provide my body with good nutrients I was honestly full after eating the 3 sweet potatoes, but I was afraid that I would get hungry at night So that’s why I decided to just eat now I think I’m eating too well to ‘just be eating’ I don’t even do an hour of exercising in the morning But I think I just wanted to emphasise that I do it rather than how long I do it for I’m currently not able to go to pilates at the moment because I forgot to sign up again and the lessons were all full So starting from next week, I’ll replace my morning workouts with pilates Who said that I was full before? Ah, my stomach… I think it’s because I’m eating clean again, I’ve been going to the bathroom..too well I found that I go to the bathroom more often when I go back to this diet after eating normal food Can you feel my desperation Can’t forget to do a thumbs up and show my empty plate lol Running complete-! I nearly forgot to come out to exercise because I was so caught up in editing I don’t think I’m going to be able to do any home workouts because I need to edit I was able to sweat it all out today I’m going to head back home now You can’t really see it but the moon is so pretty tonight 53.1kg I did the same as yesterday: stretching and ab workouts Morning exercises really allow your body and mind to wake up Morning workout completed-! Today I’m going to have strawberries, apples and pears Running really doesn’t disappoint, I really recommend it even if it’s really cold outside You still able to lose weight by just controlling what you eat, but for a good boost I would really recommend running I think it’s a good exercise to make you sweat, it’s also easy to maintain You actually feel better running in colder weather in my opinion, so I even if it’s difficult at first, I would give it a go! I like to wrap myself up when I go outside though, because it’s easy to catch a cold, especially after you sweat Exercising outdoors is getting more difficult due to the cold, so please dress warm! 🙂 A subscriber sent me these delicious apples! It’s even more meaningful and special because she grew them herself I haven’t tried them yet, but they look so big and yummy I will make sure to really enjoy these, you guys know that I’ve been obsessed with apples lately! You can’t even compare then to apples you get at the store, just look how big they are Isn’t it so pretty? Hehe Thank you so much for these apples! I love you!
