I’m here with my friend Hiro, Diaries From a Master Sushi Chef make sure you
check it out his channel. Guys today he is gonna make a monster
lobster roll for us I’m excited Hiro. Yes I know, me too. Its gonna be big? Huge! Ready?
Let’s do it. let’s do it! Wow! Oh my God! Look at the claws! Look at this claw! Ill grab the claw and you grab the body Look at this! Wow! Wow! Almost didn’t fit the pan! Chef Hiro Terada is a master sushi chef
the first thing he needs to do is dispatch the lobster if you don’t like
to watch this part you can skip it by using the timestamp I added on the video
but if you don’t mind watching get ready to see a real master at work. Yea, I don’t think ah… Oh He got me! Oh he got me! It makes you feel like a man! Okay. After the dispatch he quickly took
it apart check it out. Well just under 2 pounds. Just under two pounds there you go I mean. Usually an 8 ounce lobster tail in the supermarket. After taking it apart and weighing it he
quickly prepared it for steaming once it was steamed to perfection he took
every single meat out. This is impressive. That is quite impressive that is a lot
of meat that you are able to take it out from the lobster. That is how a
professional does it incredible! Thank you very much. Good good job my friend. Thanks. What’s the next step now what are we doing? Next step we’re gonna try, I’m going to make the
sushi rolls. All of it! In one roll! Oh my God I’m excited! These are some of his ingredients salmon roe Mexican avocado asparagus and black truffle He started off by assembling
the seaweed with the sushi rice. After spreading the sushi rice he shaved black
truffle throughout the entire thing Right after he started assembling this
monster lobster roll, check it out It is wonderful to see a master at his
work then he just slice it up and served We are ready for the tasting part. Tasting
part. Are you guys excited? Are you kidding me? Is that even a question? Come on this is awesome. Hold on we do it together here hold on Hiro I’ll get

super tender yeah obviously it’s huge it is fantastic Hiro, fantastic. Wow! Sorry, Im gonna keep eating can you tell I’m telling you it’s good It is big. Way too big. guys that tasted
incredible everything that you ever think about on a lobster roll this is
the real deal even though it was large and massive it tasted incredible yeah
all the flavors combined together with the truffle the lobster steamed to

  2. Your poorest performance ever!!!
    You could put the lobster, the truffle, the roe inside a bread with mayonesse and could be way better effort than this waste of ingredients.
    You could do 10 different preparations instead of this big patty and honor the poor animal.
    I expected much more from you Guga.
    Disappointed, totally disappointed.
    Two good you tubers in their poorest and shameful performance of all times.
    Do it again. Honor the fish next time. You don't need truffles and caviar to make this shame…

  6. i love your video with meat, but this video is disappointing giant lobster are meant to be sweet, butter, juicy, salty with corned taste and awesome displayed, if you want SUSHI use normal LOBSTER and BLUE FIN TUNA

  9. If you love seafood you should try pork and avalone shish kebab. Make sure you get the avalone meat juice to drip on to the pork. Two flavors fortify each other, and it will open a new world of taste!

  17. Understand I’m a lifelong vegetarian, (my mom was veg while pregnant with me so truly lifelong) but I always thought giant lobsters and crabs would be tough or something. Like how if you grow your zucchini to big it gets tough and only good for shredding to make bread with. The more you know ding ding ding ding

I've watched Master Hiro's video about this huge lobster when he uploaded it (I've been his subscriber for years, love his videos very much) and that's the video in which I saw you Guga. I was interested to find out about who was his special guest and that's where the magic began.
