저는 영양 학자가 아닙니다.
그냥 제가 어떻게 5kg를 뺐는지 알려 주는거에요! 노트를 보면서 촬영을 할거라
눈이 다른 곳을 바라보면 노트때문 입니다! 아주 요청이 많았던 영상입니다…
그래서 드디어 알려줍니다~ 한국으로 이사 오기전엔 샌프란 이랑 버클리 맛집들에 다 들리고 오고 싶어서… 엄청 먹고 왔어요 😅 아주 맛있었지만… 몸엔 안 좋았겠죠? ㅋ 그리고 한국에 도착 하자마자… 먹고 싶은게 더 많더라고여 😄 배달음식 다 먹고싶었어요 😁
치킨… 짜장면… 그리고 한국 스타일 피자 🍕 그리고 포차음식… 2014 여름엔 진~짜 많이 먹었어요 ㅋㅋ 그리고 회사 오티에서 건강 체크했을데…
“우아 많이 먹었네” 느꼈어요 😅 그리고 최근에 또 체크 했었을덴 5kg* 가 빠진거에요!! 5 포인트를 알려주고 싶어요! 1. 음식 지금 방송일 하기전엔 학교에서 선생이였어요. 학교에서 점심을 먹었는데…
원래 피자 아니면 샌드위치를 먹었는데 밥, 국, 과일, 야채… 더 건강한걸 매일 먹었어요!
전에 먹는거 보단 훨신 더 몸에 좋은거~ 그래서 1은 먹는 음식이 바껴서 살이 많이 빠졌다고 생각합니다. 2. 소식이라고 하나? 적당히 먹는게 제일 중요합니다. “아침먹고 이따 큰 점심을 (아님 저녁) 먹어야겠다”
그러시는 분… 노우노우! 음식은 꼭~ 먹어야 합니다. 굶으면 안돼요! 저녁 먹고 휴식도 드실수 있어요! 그냥 적당히 드시면 됩니다. 그리고 우리 뇌는 10-20분후 배부른걸 압니다. 소식 + 너무 배불르지 안게 밥을 드시면 많이 도움이 됩니다.
사실 처음엔 어려웠지만, 이젠 잘 조절하고 있습니다! 마지막인 음식 팁은 피부과 원장님이 알려줬습니다. 피부를 위해서 빵, 과자, 뭐 그런거 있잖아요…
조절 하라고 했어요. 군것질을 하면 아몬드, 카슈, 그리고 피스타치오넛!
대신 콩들은 조심하세요. 아니면 살이 찝니다. 과일, 고구마, 허머스, 야채! 콜라 사이다 말고 물! 그리고 사먹는거 보단 집에서 차려 먹는게 도움이 많이 됩니다. 다 피부에 위한 음식 팁이 였지만…
피부에 좋으면 몸에도 좋겠죠? 나머지 팁들은 운동에 관련 됐습니다.
왜냐면 운동은 완전 중요하니깐요! 사실 운동을 완전 많이 하진 않아요. 너무 안합니다!
겨울에는 너무 추워서 안하지만… 곳 다시 시작 할거에요. 암튼! 4번은 아주 많이 걷습니다. 미국에 있을때 보단 한국에 와서 아주 많이 걷게 되는거 같아요. 대중 교통을 이용해도 지하철역이나
버스정류장으로 걸어야 하니깐 많이 걷게 됩니다. 네! 걷기 아주 많이 걷습니다! 마지막으론 왜 뱃살이 없는지 알려줄게요! 이유는 바로 훌라 후프 입니다! 사실 왜 시작했냐면 제가 좋아하는거 하나랑
싫어하는걸 같이 하고 싶었어요. 이 경우엔 운동을 하기 싫고
한국 드라마 보는걸 완전 좋아합니다. TV를 보면 자세가 망가지는 느낌이 있었습니다.
그리고 자세가 좋아야 건강에 좋아서… 중요하죠! 근데 훌라 후프를 하면 뱃살에도 도움이 되지만
자세 도움도 많이 있다고 합니다. 일석 이죠! 운동도 하고 드라마도 보고 💖 훌라 후프는 페이보릿 입니다! 5kg는 이렇게 뺐습니다. 심하게 운동 + 음식을 안 먹은거 아닙니다! 근데 더 따듯해 지면 꼭~ 다시 운동을 하려고 합니다! 그리고 더 건강한 음식을 많이 먹으려고 노력 할거에요!
건강이 제일 중요 합니다 😁 그리고 근육이 하나도 없어서… 진짜 운동 시작 해야 합니다 ㅠ 빨리 살 빠지고 싶어서 보고 있는 분이 있으면…
전 1년 (거이 2년) 정도 걸렸읍니다. 근데 제일 중요한거는 건강입니다!

  11. This is something I constantly struggle with everyday but it's definitely worth it in the end!! like you I also do hula hoop which is super fun to do!! I like to hula hoop when I wake up in the morning for 5 minutes then skip rope with 30 second intervals for 5 minutes. It's fun when you play music or just by watching tv 🙂

  13. do Yoga!!! I hate exercising like you too but Yoga really helped me to keep in check without having to torture myself too much. hehe

  15. hi joan! did you just use a normal hoola hoop? or those hoola hoops that are heavier in weight and have a certain shape to is like its messaging your stomach (if you know which one im talking about haha)?

  17. I usually boiled water with cinnamon and drink it twice a day. in a month I can lost 3kgs (of course I have to control my eating portions too~)

I actually laughed at the hula hoop tip because I used to actually use one a lot when I was younger while I watched tv just because I thought it was fun, but I never really realized the implications on my body shape! (I still have a relatively flat stomach to this day) You've now inspired me to go out and get a new one (or try to find my childhood one… maybe my parents still have it stashed away somewhere…)

  24. I can't even hoola hoop….nevermind hoola hooping, watching the drama, reading the subtitiles, crying(I enjoy watching sad dramas), and process what is going on in the drama

  25. If you wanna get lean muscles check out Cassey Ho her pilates videos are so good and she is so inspiring and motivating and the best part is that you don't have to go out when it's cold you can workout in your living room !!!

  27. I like to put my laptop on the treadmill(because ours doesn't a screen) and watch it whilst walking. So far I've lost like 1,2 kg but it's only been 3 days and I'm doing a vegan diet. Wish me luck guys😄

  28. 안녕 Joan. I've definitely already lost my 15 kg in 3 months living in Korea with full three Korean meals a day. I think its kind of good conditions to live in wonderful Korea nowadays!

  29. This will be my daily eating process —->

    Breakfast: Oats or Sandwiches

    Lunch: Half a cup of rice with side dish of choice preferrably soup

    Snack: (can't miss this XD) Jelly Vitamin (a jelly drink with vitamins, 50kcal)

    Dinner: Half a cup of rice with side dish of choice preferrably meat/fish.

    I dont each vegetables eversince I was young so it'll be hard to lose weight fast. I'll update

  30. I love hula hooping! I started doing it like a month ago and this one pair of pants that I own and that were always a little too toght around my belly fit perfectly now. If really helps and it‘s such a fun thing to do 🙂

  31. A tip for people who like soft drinks and soda- Kombucha is the answer! Its fermented which means its good for your gut flora, its carbonated so it tastes like soda, its made from green tea sometimes so it has the benefits of that as well, and it has sugar but a lot less than soda and a lot of the sugar is from fruit that is added for flavor. I love apple spice kombucha it tastes just like apple pie.
