3000 calories. If you exercise daily and stay active, Your body consumes about 2000 calories
per day. If you exercise for about an hour, and combine cardio with lifting weights you�ll
burn about 500 calories in that workout. So in total, you�ll consume 2500 calories per
day. If you follow a 1200 calorie diet, your daily
deficit can be close to 1300 calories daily, but that�s still not enough, because in
order to lose 30 pounds in a month, you need to burn another 1700 calories each day. So,
you�ll have to force your body to burn more calories each day! The good news is that you
can do it in a healthy way, but you�ll have to work for it!
