  1. i do 200 crunches a day. n don't eat any carbs or sugar just real food no junk n drink lemmon water with apple cidar vinagar. i lost about 15 lbs in 3 weeks. real food n exercise is the only life style to go with n just juicing. u can start with juicing but there is no easy fix u have to eat n drink water n exercise.

  9. Well i might have a question since i dont see so many important or useful informations in the comment section, i just dont know if i can eat diet food besides this or its just drink? That part kinda confused me, and I really hope some people might grow up enough to understand that at some videos yes, you can say useless things but I dont think if its about help or something like that you should comment only because you want attention.
