  1. I don't completely agree. It is definitely not a good idea to eat heaps of animal fats and proteins as a dinner after the gym cuz animal based proteins and fats tend to be more acidic. Our body is much more similar to herbivores animals. our intestine, teeth, stomach etc.

    Me alone I lose weight like it's secnd nature. If I don't eat anything all day or barely then I lose like what six to eight to even twelve pounds (no fucking joke).

  14. Totally wrong information suggesting eating a high carb dinner is not optimal for fat loss. Ridiculous actually. Carbs are best eaten before bed. Carbs produce serotonin which relaxes you and is perfect before bed to restock your glycogen. Low carb during the day and higher carb at the night is best all the way around. You can’t suggest a high fat meal before bed for those with digestive issues.
