Right now, in your own house, you’re going
to do a ten-minute workout in your house that’s going to burn all that ugly
fat off your body to make you look good naked. Before we start this workout,
make sure that you’ve warmed up for at least five to ten minutes. If you’ve
already warmed up, then let’s go ahead and get started. Okay, are you standing up? Are you all ready
to go? All right, just look at the clock in the corner, and all you need
to know for now is that in ten seconds, you’re going to start doing jumping
jacks as fast as you can for ten seconds. Okay, are you ready? We’re going
to start in three, two, one, go. All right, get those jumping jacks going.
Come on, keep going. Come on, almost finished. Come on, just three more
seconds. Then we’re going to stop. Come on, and stop. All right but keep
moving, though. Keep moving your feet like I’m doing. Keep moving your
feet. Keep moving your feet. That’s right. That’s all I want to do, just
keep moving. Keep moving. Get ready to do and go. Do some more jumping jacks. Come on, keep
going, keep going. Get those jumping jacks in. Come on, keep going. Come
on, try to go as fast as you can with the jumping jacks. As fast as you
can, and stop. Just keep moving. Now, for this part here, you can either move
slow, move fast or you can stand in place, all right. But it’s best if
you keep moving throughout this whole ten-minute workout. All right and go.

Try to go as fast as you can. As fast as you can with the jumping jacks,

if you want to, you can stand in place or you can move like this.

  3. I add 3lb weights to this after few rounds. Definitely not the entire time, as I want to keep up the speed and make it through the workout but eventually every other set I will pick up the weights. Hopefully. lol

At first I could barely do 3-4 minutes, but little by little I kept pushing myself, until today around 9 minutes I realized I could still keep going and finished the full 10 minutes for the first time. Thank you for posting this workout, it looks simple but it's intense, at least for a beginner like me.

I will be starting this video today, I currently weigh 215 (97.8 kg)- I eat 2 grilled chicken fillets, stir fried prawns with veg every day & 1.5 to 2.5 litres of water a day and a cup or two of green tea. I will try to do this twice a day if I can. I will update you 😊 I hope I can do this – my goal is atleast 15-20 pounds weight loss

    Sometimes I don’t feel like going to the gym because I feel like I don’t have any motivation and I don’t want to go by myself. I just saw this yesterday and I decide to do this at the stairwell of my building. I hope this vid will help me.

    But it started to hurt my left shoulder
    I think it's not due to bad posture because if the reason is bad posture than my right shoulder should also hurt
    Would you suggest something like bra strap should be a bit more loose or there might be any other reason

  14. So I think it's my 5th day of doing this….and this time I didn't feel any thing in my calves untill the 9th minute
    Which is good
    Cause in previous times my calves used to hurt in 3 minutes and it used to become hardest to end it👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

  15. i did not have any weight to loose ,i was looking for a short but effective cardio session

    just cant deal with 1 hr …no time for that

    i noticed a few things doing this 3 days on 1 day of

    i lost a few inches

    it totally boosted my serotonin, and feel good hormones to the point of getting rid of my seasonal depression
    i actually feel bliss after doing it

    i look forward to it because it makes me feel so good

    also i am sleeping better

    and my bone density has increased

    so this is not just a quick fix for weight loss .

  16. I did this shortly before i found out i was pregnant in 2017. I lost a pound a day but i had to stop because my lower back hurted so bad, not knowing i was in very early stage of pregnancy.

  17. The first time I tried this workout in January 2019 I weighed 210 pounds and could barely finish it. I would do it at least 4 times a week and then after a while I bumped up to the 20 minute workout (jumping jack workout #2) and now I do both for the 30 minutes and I’m at 160!!!!!   18. Look I need to tell y’all how I do it and what it has done to me. I’ve lost 4.5 pounds in 4 days, this is my 5th day and I feel sore from my back but I know it’s worth it. Everyday at 10pm I do this work out 1time wait 10mins and do it again and I also drink a lot of water. I use to weigh 195 now I’m at 190.5 pounds in the 4th day I’m gonna check how much I weigh on the 6th day. I eat healthy stuff like chicken breast. I am 17 year old tryna make a change in my body.   28. I have tried it, and I think it is more suitable for those who is fit, I was struggling to do it even for 5 minutes swapped for a walk instead, just not my cup of tea. And – it is very difficult to jump with the big boobs… It is more boys` exercise although I have read men were struggling with something clunking as they jump hahahah))))

  31. Started this today and mannnn I feel the burn! And I kept thinking of quitting but you kept saying think about that sexy body. Lol And that kept me going. I couldnt get pass 15 jumps in 10 seconds. So that is my goal for tomorrow! I also wore a sweater to help sweat more. Thank you for this video.
