It’s really massive! Hello! It’s Ssoyoung! I heard there’s an epic tuna cutting show happening, which is why I’m here! Let’s enjoy ourselves a delicious giant tuna! Let’s go! Hello~. That tuna is so huge! Sir, may I know how big this tuna is? -This tuna was caught in Mexico, and it weighs 275 lbs/125 kg. 275 lbs?! Oh my gosh! The tuna’s body… it’s really massive! The head is about this big! Isn’t it huge? Tunas have a cross-shaped backbone. Just like mackerels. What they’re currently doing is they’re slicing up the tuna following its backbone. If done like so, we get straight to the belly. Now we can scrape the ribs with a spoon. From the end.. I was strongly recommended to try this, so here goes nothing! It melts in your mouth like ice cream, doesn’t it? It really does, just like ice cream! It’s melting in my mouth! Would you want to slice the fins at the back? Me? Yes, I’ll lend you my knife. The ribs are really thin, So I put it on a plate for your viewing pleasure. Thanks for the meal~! I’ll start with the tuna belly! Dip it in some soy sauce.. It’s gone. It melted in my mouth! Do you see this shining tuna, shaped like a rose!? It’s glistening! The tuna is so thick. So yummy. Now I’ll have some ribs. As you just seen, we had to scrape the ribs with a spoon. It ended up like this. Do you see the white flesh over here? Soy Sauce It’s so delicious! So tasty! These three pieces of tuna ribs, are sure to make a luscious sushi! Top it with some wasabi.. This is the taste from the heavens. DELISH! I can’t take it- Soju! Look at that pink radiance… It’s insane. This part is scored like beef. Here’s some tuna and a pickled allium Chinese. Amazing! It’s so gorgeous… I feel like I have to eat it with the upmost care. I just can’t eat this without a drink, now can I. I normally can’t eat tuna that much. Because it’s so greasy. But how can this be? Is it because it’s fresh? It’s not greasy at all! So mysterious. Wrap in a pickled allium Chinese.. It’s delicious even without the soy sauce. Rice, wasabi, soy sauce, radish sprouts, and eat. I’m shaking.. This is so real.. Let’s scrape up some more. Guys, this is my first time eating tuna ribs. And tuna ribs are the best. This time, I didn’t try this part yet! It’s like some sort of jelly, isn’t it? Jelly. Let’s have one more sushi. I read the comments on my videos, and many of you guys asked for just one bite.
