My Weight Loss Challenge – DAY 16

So, good morning everyone! Today is the 21st
of July 2019. We are at the day 16 of the
weight loss challenge. The current weight
is 115 kilograms. What is 0.7 kilograms more than
yesterday. It is 253.5 pounds. What is 1.5 pounds more than yesterday. And the body mass index is 36.7. What is
0.2 points more than yesterday. The previous
day was pretty middle at the activity level, physical activity level. I consumed
about 2 – 2.5 liters of mineral water. What is 0.5 – 0.6 gallons of mineral water. And I started my intake of food at 8:00
a.m. with a cup of black coffee without any sugar. At 1:00 p.m., it was my main
*meal* for the day. It were 2 buckets of
chili con carne with one slice of bread. Not very sure that the second bucket was
necessary, but I was not at home during the whole day. It was a kind of public
event, where I was taking part. And the
food was there. It looked tasty. You know, I
just grabbed one bucket. Ate it. Got
pretty full, but you know… If you
immediately after the first intake take another… Like reach out to get another
bucket or piece of food. Your
body needs some time until you feel this fullness
in your stomach. So, I didn’t give any
time to the body to sense this feeling and immediately *filled* it with the second
bucket. What was, now I can judge it, was
just too much at once. Too much food. And
at 6 p.m., the food was still there all the time. So, I grabbed another one
another bucket of chilli con carne with slice of bread and it was my second meal
for the day, and the last one. At 8 p.m. I
also drank some black coffee without any sugar. Without any additions. And that
was it for the whole meal and food intake for the day. Obviously, it was too
much of food for one day. Especially the
first big meal at 1:00 p.m. was an overkill, I guess. And this is
probably the reason why I gained this weight. But comparing to
yesterday, I feel much more energized. If
you would watch my yesterday’s video, you would clearly see that my
energy level was very low. My voice was
very low. Now I feel much better. Much
fuller as well. So, yeah. That’s it for now
