  1. 저는 한 2주 ~ 3주 정도 3키로 뺐던거같아요
    아침은 배고플때만 먹고 점심은 최대한 먹고 ( 급식이 너무 맛없어서 …) 저녁은 밥 한공기 정도 먹었어요 군것질은 최대한 줄이고 정말 미치도록 배고플때는 과일 이나 아니면 먹방 영상 보면서 참았던거같아요 !

  2. 헉 살 빼신 방법이 저랑 완전 똑같네요! 저는 학생이라 방학때 했는데 가끔 너무 먹고싶을 땐 많이 먹고 해서 3~4주에 4~5kg 정도 뺐었어요! 지금은 1.5kg정도 다시 쪘지만..ㅎ 근데 이 방법으로 다이어트를 했을 때 전 악력이 많이 줄더라구요.. 학교에서 팝스로 악력을 측정하는데 다이어트 전보다 6kg?이 더 적게 나와서 놀랐어요.. 좀 걱정이 되서 악력기도 사서 조금씩 하고 있답니다..

  5. 가슴살 많이 빠져요 트레이너 샘이 운동으로 해도 가슴살은 조금 빠진다 하는데 안먹고 빼면 몸무게는 줄어도 허리라인이나 보면 이쁘게 안빠지고 그냥 마름일거에요..그러면 없어 보이던데 한달 유지는 유지도아니랍니다 우리 몸은 6개월이상이되기전까지 관리 꾸준히 안하시면 원래 몸으로 돌아가려해요 참고로 저는 2달만에 15키로 뺏어요 식단은 치킨도한번씩먹고 제가 먹고 싶은건 왠만함 먹으려 했어요 단 간식은 잘안먹음 대신에 그룹피티에서 한달동안 1시간씩 운동하고 집에 와서도 단점인 뱃살 허벅지 홈트1시간해서 그렇게 뺏어요 근데 5개월쯤부터 운동안하고 하니까 점점 찌더군요ㅠ 그래서 저도 다시 시작하고 있고 지금은 2주되가는데 4키로뺏습니다 먹는건 전보다 덜먹으려 하고 유튜브에 자기가 빼고싶은 살 운동법 쳐서 집에서 일주일에 1번쉬면서 홈트레이닝 하시면 효과 있답니다 저렇게 빼면 몸매도 거희 일자에요ㅠ

  7. 여러분 8. 지방분해주사와 9. 다이어트보조제 빼고 식단과 운동법만 따라하세요. 8, 9번은 아무리 효과가 좋아도 몸에 아주 안 좋습니다. 절대 따라하지 마세요. 그럼 다들 건강하게 살 빼세요. 화이팅!!

    3. Exercise 2-3 times a week, e.g, a 1 hour walk

    How to maintain
    1. You can eat snacks but only a little
    2. No breakfast but she still would eat lunch and dinner but her dinner will be in a small portion.
    3. She would do High intensity exercises 3-4 times a week

  14. Wait idk why I’m not loosing weight??! I work out for at least 30-40 mins and I have starved myself for almost a month eating only protein bar I only lost 7 ibs and it’s been a month

  15. So basically what she is trying to say is starving yourself will be the perfect solution to fend off unwanted weight…. it won't be healthy that way and you will be risking your body to nutrient deficiency…. I think the most efficient way to maintain your weight is to have a balanced diet

  17. Eating once a day really works. I’m a person who does not have a habit of binging upon something all the time it was really good and effective for me cos I can not only loose weight very well but my skin glow and I feel more energetic than before.

  18. So I basically only ate whatever I wanted between 11:00–11:30 and when I cam home, the only thing I consumed was water. I didnt eat anything past 7pm. I managed to lose 15 pounds in just 2 weeks.

  19. I usually eat only like 2 meals a day regularly cause I hate breakfast. I’m a really picky eater. I’m trying to decide how to do this diet idk if I can last only eating 1 meal…tbh it’s more like I’m not hungry but I feel like I should eat and that’s the problem with me

  25. I would say that loosing 6 kg in 2 weeks is a lot for someone who is not overweight. I lost the same amount of weight in 4 months with minimal exercise and ended up loosing my period (had a BMI of 23 to start).

    Your metabolism probably slows down a lot too so you have to eat much less to maintain body weight (really hard for people with appetites).

    Just try not to stress your body out too much, listen to it and follow sustainable habits.

  26. As a second year university (college) student, it is tough to maintain a diet like this, so i added a personal twist:

    15 OCT 2019:
    168cm
    73kg (empty stomach)
    19 years old

    Breakfast (7:20am): Something very light that is high in fibre and filling in very small amount was enough. I had strawberry and milk milkshake, no added sugar or flavours, just these two.
    Post breakfast (8:30am-9:30am): When i arrive to uni around 8am, i make a large cup of long black coffee, no milk & sugar, in a stainless steel cup which is really hot. I wait for it to cool down so i don't burn myself. Long black tends to keep you full which is why it is a good substitute and drink when on a diet. Not the best flavour for i others but i'm in love with it!!
    Snack (10 am): 5 slices of orange and saved the other 5 slices for later when I feel hungry
    Lunch (12:30pm): 1 slice of wholemeal bread with a half avocado and half can of tuna (small can)
    Snack (2 pm): 5 slices of orange remainder
    Dinner (3:30pm): 1 slice of bread with a half avocado and half can of tuna (small can)
    I returned back home at 5pm and i just had a small portion of cauliflower with home-made yogurt.
    I didn't have any other snacks or fruits during night time, even if it was difficult.

    With this diet, I managed to lose 900grams in 24 hours (72.1kg). If you are a university student who studies a lot in your uni's library and focuses on your uni work, I definitely recommend this pace of dieting. As long as you eat nutritious and healthy foods that keep you full, you're good to go!!

  31. I'm just gonna say this is definitely healthy… If you wanna lose fat, I recommend u eat healthy and do burning fat exercises before u get into toning and gaining muscle exercises. And if u eat unhealthy but still workout, the results would probably be delayed or just not happen.

    PLUS if you're going to workout, take a break for the weekend or just 1-2 days each week

  33. My diets are normal meals with less sugar, less greasy foods, and less dairy so I meet caloric intake needs and nutritional intake requirements and the weight just comes off. I exercise 4-5 days a week (45 min -1 hr weights, 10-15 min cardio). Building muscle helps reduce fat and can get you the "line" you want without fat reducing injections. Idk about dieting pills either bc it's just adding chemicals in your body and, if you were doing everything right on your own, you wouldn't even need it. Your stomach shrinks naturally when you don't eat enough and when your metabolism goes does, you naturally feel less hungry since your body is adjusting to functioning on low amounts of food. I think working towards goals to have more self-confidence and a better body image is such a great thing and I'm glad you're feeling better. I think modifications to your plan may be the best and more healthier option for people!

  34. uhm???? one meal a day??? that’s not healthy, you’re literally underfeeding your body??? your body will just hold on to the food the less you eat, you can’t loose weight healthily like that. the moment you’ll start having three meals a day your body will gain and you’ll fall into a yo-yo diet again. loosing weight is a process that takes time if you want to do it correctly. there’s no way of rushing into it and actually succeeding long-term.

  36. i'm 175 cm height ,60kg and i can eat a lot like 5 ramens ,or maybe 3 portion of rice with a lot of side dishes i stay skinny :v but i had fat tummy but not so visible if i want to loss fat i can do by working out . Last year i was 67kg and i still eat a lot (more meats than vegetables because im a meat eater ) so i loss 7 kg by 1 year :v but i still eat more snacks and others but this year the fact that economics going low so sometimes i skips meal but not everytime ,does anybody do the same as me? xD

  37. THIS IS NOT HEALTHY!!!!!!!! Please don't listen to this girl. Many Koreans have unhealthy views of diet and weight and she is just one of the many girls aiming for an unrealistic weight. Just because IF is healthy, it doesn't mean she's doing it the right way. She's basically saying she eats like 600 calories a day if she's only eating one meal spread out across 2 meals. I'm a huge advocate for IF and it really is an amazing way to control your appetite and to understand your body more but I am not an advocate for eating such a low amount of calories. It's super irresponsible for her to even be posting this where unsuspecting viewers such as teens and others who may struggle with eating disorders, may see it.
