Ramadan Diet Plan For Extreme Weight Loss In a glass of Lukewarm water add 1 tsp of Honey, Lemon juice & 1 tsp Soaked Sabja seeds. Drink it Empty stomach in the Morning. Suhoor Diet – Upma/Porridge/Sandwich+Milk+Fruit Avoid tea and Coffee Avoid oily, fried & heavy food items at the time of Iftar. Break your fast with 3-4 dates. After 15-20 minutes, have mixed vegetable/lentil soup After half an hour, eat a plate of salad. Dinner Meal Plan – 2 chapati + 1 bowl Boiled Dal + Veg If you are non vegetarian, then you can have steamed chicken or fish Avoid dessert after dinner. Don’t drink water immediately after dinner. Go for a 20 minutes walk after half an hour of dinner. Drink 8-10 glasses of water from Iftar to suhoor. Follow this diet plan in the month of Ramadan for extreme weight loss.
