YOU WILL STRETCH YOUR BLADDER TO ACCOMODATE YOU. THEN DO THIS A FEW TIMES. BY NIGHT TIME YOU WILL NOT HAVE TO GO ALL NIGHT LING. YOU WILL BE IN CONTROL OF YOUR BLADDER. NOT A SLAVE TO IT.

I drink 12 to 16 24oz bottles of water a day , it's true on all aspects but I'm a tall and big guy and it cat weight from 258 to 225 but you have to move around not just watch TV and grow roots also I'm 6'3 so I don't know if another person drank the same if it would be healthy for them and I done eat breakfast I have a small lunch and also eat only parboiled chicken and have to prepare my food a day ahead sometimes. I'm 35 works for me
